From clicking on the ‘Browse Classes’ option in the Customer Portal, there is the option to either go to a ‘landing page’ or straight to the ‘make booking page’. The landing page can display the different levels and a description and image can be entered in the Manager Portal to explain to your customers about the level.”

ABSENCES & MAKEUPS
* Will you allow Responsible Person to mark a Student as absent from a Class lesson in the Customer Portal?

* If you do allow your Responsible Persons to mark a Student absent in the Customer Portal, how many minutes prior to the Class starting are they required to mark the Student absent?

For a weekly period, the Makeups will be valid from Monday to Sunday.
For a monthly period, the Makeups will be valid from the first day of the month until the last day of the month.
For a yearly period, the Makeups will be valid from the first day of the year to the last day of the year.
