ClassMobile Manager is a Staff facing mobile application, generally used when roaming the pool deck or gymnasium floor etc. by the shift supervisor, allowing a realtime live view of the Class visual scheduler.

ClassMobile is the Customer facing aspect of the ClassMobile extension module and allows Customers to place an email request through for Classes:

CLASSMOBILE BRANDING & DISPLAY
* Decide on your text that will display on the public home page of Class Mobile. e.g. Welcome to ABC Swim School booking request page. Once you have made a selection your request will be answered by one of our team within 72 hours. Example Home ClassMobile Content
* Decide on your text that will display on the public page of Class Mobile once you the customer has submitted their request. e.g. Thank you for your request. You will be contacted via email within 72 hours. Example ClassMobile Confirmation Page
* Do you wish to display a link to ClassMobile on the main navigation tabs in the Customer Portal? Example ClassMobile Customer Portal Link	Please select one of the above options.
If you would like to display a link to ClassMobile, please provide what you would like this tab to be labelled. The default is Class Requests.
* Do you wish to display the link to your ActiveCarrot Public Classes Page on your ClassMobile Page? Example Link To ActiveCarrot Classes	Please select one of the above options.

If yes, you can have a customised message about the temporary vacancy, such as ‘There is a vacancy in this Class’. Decide what this will be. Example Temporary Cancellation Label
CLASS PROGRESS REPORTS
* Do you wish to send Class Progress reports as Students attain skills?	Please select one of the above options.
* What is the subject of the Progress Reports?
* Do you wish to add the Student Comment on the Progress Report email to personalise the report?	Please select one of the above options.
SKILL CONFIRMATION EMAILS
* Do you wish to send Skill Confirmation emails to students as they attain them?	Please select one of the above options.
* Decide on an email address that the Skill Attained and Progress Reports will be sent from.
* Do you wish to allow staff to remove previously attained skills through ClassMobileManager?	Please select one of the above options.
